On March 10th, the Fluid Center, together with key enterprises in the fluid industry, held a special job fair for 2023 "Visiting Enterprises, Expanding Posts, Promoting Employment". The leaders of the Fluid Center and graduate students from the graduation class participated in the job fair.
Yuan Jianping, Director of the Fluid Center, delivered a welcome speech and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the employers and alumni who care about and support the development of our university's career. He emphasized that ensuring employment is the foundation of people's livelihood. The Fluid Center has always worked hard on the work of "promoting graduation and ensuring employment", actively providing more opportunities and platforms for graduates' employment, and helping each graduate obtain high-quality employment. At the same time, it is hopeful to establish long-term cooperative relationships with enterprises, further deepen university-enterprise cooperation, deepening the implementation of the special action "Visiting Enterprises, Expanding Posts", and establish and improve a long-term mechanism for serving graduates' employment.
The job fair attracted more than 50 companies, with both online and offline activities. Among the 26 companies participating in the offline recruitment event were Xi'an Pump & Valve Plant Co., Ltd., Changsha Industrial Pump Factory, Hytek Power Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Xintengyu Fluid Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and U-flo Pumps International Co., Ltd., which also conducted offline presentations.
The employers expressed their satisfaction with the high enthusiasm, strong comprehensive quality, and competitiveness of the job-seeking graduates. They also appreciated the thoughtful arrangements that the university had made, which made them feel warmly welcomed. The students were also satisfied with the recruitment event. They noted that the participating companies offered high-quality job opportunities, and the university provided comprehensive and thoughtful employment services, creating an ideal job-hunting platform. On-site job guidance helped those who were still uncertain about their career direction. Indeed, the university placed students at the center of everything it did and provided them with quality services, which is worthy of praise.
