On December 25th, a performance evaluation meeting for the National Key Research and Development Program Project "Emergency Water Supply and Integrated Water Purification Equipment in Mountainous and Remote Disaster-Prone Areas," headed by Researcher Yuan Shouqi from our university, was held in Zhenjiang. Senior Engineer Sang Xuefeng from the China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, Researcher Lin Shuqing from the China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute, Professor Hu Yanzhu from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Professor Wang Fujun from China Agricultural University, Professor Yang Xiaoli from Southeast University, Professor Li Jiangfeng from China University of Geosciences (Wuhan), and Professor Qiu Baoyun from Yangzhou University served as performance evaluation experts. Researcher Yuan Shouqi, the chief investigator of the project, presided over the opening ceremony. Professor Lu Jinzhong, the Director of the Science and Technology Department at Jiangsu University, delivered a welcome speech. More than 40 sub-project leaders and core researchers attended the meeting.
Professor Zhang Shuangxi from Wuhan University, Senior Engineer Wang Jietao from the Wuhan Geological Survey Center of China Geological Survey, Researcher Si Qiaorui from Jiangsu University, Researcher Zhang Shifu from the Army Logistics University of People's Liberation Army of China, and Researcher Li Wei from Jiangsu University presented reports on the completion status of their respective sub-projects. The expert group conducted inquiries and discussions regarding completion indicators, promotion and application, and demonstrations. They acknowledged the organized and standardized management of each sub-project, the soundness of regulations and systems, and the fulfillment of the research tasks specified in the project document. The expert group unanimously agreed that each sub-project had met the assessment criteria, endorsing the successful completion of the performance evaluation.
