On April 4th, Prof. Yan Yongsheng of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering shared his experience accumulated in talent cultivation in the conference room of National Research Center of Pumps. The meeting was chaired by Prof. Zhang Desheng.

Prof. Yan first introduced the subject and team profile of the School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, and expressed his gratitude for the long-term support of the National Research Center of Pumps. He shared four experiences of postgraduate training: (1) Clarifying training objectives; (2) Cohesion training process; (3) Emphasis on ideological education; (4) Supplementary humanistic education.

After the sharing of experiences was completed, the teachers actively interacted with Prof. Yan and discussed with Professor Yan on issues of graduate education that they were concerned about.
