On September 29, Academician Wang Hao of Chinese Academy of Engineering visited Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology to guide work.

Prof. Yuan Jianping firstly expressed warm welcome and sincere gratitude to Academician Wang Hao for his guidance and work, and communicated with Academician Wang on the innovation and development strategy, the promotion of production on study and research, and the industrialization of scientific research results. Researcher Li Yanjun made a special report on "Research and Application of Pumping Theory and Key Technologies for Large-scale Water Transfer Engineering". Prof. Jin Shude introduced the development history and achievements of the model design on the shaft/mixed flow pump for the east route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project.

Academician Wang affirmed scientific research results obtained by Research Center, and put forward strategic and valuable opinions on the research results and the cross-integration of disciplines.
