On the morning of June 5, Li Wei, Deputy Director of Research Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology, went to the Calibration and Testing Center for Gas Flowmeter of the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of Jiangsu (GFC) for exchange and study.

Deputy Director Zhou Yi introduced the history, business capability, industry status, scientific research capabilities, service content, service concept, follow-up development direction of Calibration and Testing Center for Gas Flowmeter of the Quality and Technology Supervision Bureau of Jiangsu (GFC). And he indicated that it hopes to carry out multi-faceted cooperation with the Fluid Center. Secretary Sun Jiuchang introduced the achievements of the GFC in party building and cultural construction, and the practical training of college students. He said that it’s necessary to carry out in-depth exchanges with the Fluid Center on the party branch co-construction and the postgraduate ideological and political education. Deputy Director Li Wei introduced the history, the achievements in recent years, the current academic status and future development goals of the Fluid Center. Director Lang Tao introduced the basic situation of the laboratories of the Fluid Center on scientific research, personnel training and industry testing.

Then, under the leadership of Secretary Sun Jiuchang, all visited the R&D factory, the party building library, the gas flow meter pressure performance testing device, the mobile car detecting device, the bell-type gas flow standard device of the GFC.

Through this exchange and study, the two sides further deepen their understanding of products and business, initially establish the future cooperation direction, strengthen the connection between the Fluid Center and the GFC, and lay a good foundation for the next cooperation.
