On October 19th, the Shanghai Branch of China Ship Scientific Research Center held the third enlarged meeting of the Executive Committee of Journal of Hydrodynamics. The conference was chaired by Prof. Zhou Liandi, the executive editor. The conference announced the members of the ninth editorial board. Prof. Zhang Desheng of the Fluid Center served as the deputy editor of Journal of Hydrodynamics.
