On July 9, Dr. Akira Goto, President of Japan Turbo Machinery Association, ProfessorChisachi Kato ofTokyo University and Dr. Wang Peng of Advanced Design Technology visitedResearch Center of Fluid Machinery Engineering and Technology in Jiangsu University.

Prof. Yuan Jianping firstly showed warm welcome to the representatives and expressed sincere gratitude to all the experts for their concern and help to National Research Center of Pumps. Prof. Yuan pointed that Japan Turbo Machinery Association is an important international industry association and academic organization. It has an important influence in the field of international fluid machinery. And we hoped that the Association will further carry out academic exchanges with Jiangsu University to jointly promote the development of both sides. Subsequently, Dr. Zhang Jinfeng introduced the construction and development of National Research Center of Pumps to the visiting delegates.

President Goto first thanked Jiangsu University and National Research Center of Pumps for their hospitality and fully affirmed the experimental conditions, talent team, research level and international influence of Research Center. Finally, the visiting experts had a heated discussion with teachers and students, which achieved good results.
