From May 20 to 21, the “Joining Forces for New Growth, Women Creating the Future” Yangtze River Delta Women’s Entrepreneurship and Innovation Achievement Exhibition was held in Wuxi. Chen Si, Associate Researcher at the Fluid Center, attended the event as a representative of the Jiangsu Women Scientists Association and participated in exchanges.

Jointly organized by the women’s federations of Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui, the event closely aligned with the national strategy for the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta. It showcased achievements by women in scientific and technological innovation and entrepreneurship from multiple regions. Through project roadshows, symposiums and discussions, participants held in-depth exchanges on technological breakthroughs and the transformation of research outcomes.
Relevant departments also interpreted policies supporting women’s innovation and entrepreneurship, with the aim of building a high-quality talent development ecosystem.
During the event, Chen Si exchanged views with women entrepreneurs and female science and technology professionals from different regions. She said she was deeply inspired by the vitality and dedication of women researchers and innovators, and that the event further broadened her research perspective.
Chen noted that she would draw on the experience gained from the exchange, remain rooted in frontline scientific research, strengthen connections with scientific and technological innovation resources across the Yangtze River Delta, deepen research on key technologies, and promote the transformation and application of research achievements.

The Fluid Center has long attached great importance to the cultivation of female talent and external academic exchanges. Moving forward, the center will continue to gather the strength of women researchers, deepen cross-regional cooperation, and encourage faculty and staff to devote themselves to innovation and research. Through practical action and a strong sense of responsibility, the center will support discipline development and contribute dynamic strength to the high-quality development of regional science and technology.
