On March 19, Zhang Jinfeng, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fluid Center, and Zhu Yong, Secretary of the Party Branch for Fluid Equipment Industry Services and Achievement Transformation, attended the promotion meeting on industrial chain Party building empowering “Double-High Collaboration,” themed “Red Sail Leading the Way, Linking High-Tech Development.” The meeting was organized by Zhenjiang High-Tech Zone.

The meeting aimed to earnestly implement the work arrangements of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee and the Zhenjiang Municipal Party Committee on deepening industrial chain Party building, further promote the deep integration of the “Red Sail Leading the Way, Linking High-Tech Development” industrial chain Party-building initiative with the “Double-High Collaboration” program, and guide the coordinated development of industrial innovation and scientific and technological innovation through high-quality Party building.

At the meeting, the Action Plan for Industrial Chain Party Building Empowering “Double-High Collaboration” under the “Red Sail Leading the Way, Linking High-Tech Development” Initiative and a list of key projects were released. The “Double-High Collaboration” Red Chain Technical Breakthrough List was also announced. Representatives from CSSC Power and the Enterprise Development Service Center of Zhenjiang High-Tech Zone delivered exchange speeches.

The meeting emphasized the need to give full play to the coordinating role of the joint Party committee of the industrial chain and to promote precise alignment between university innovation resources and frontline industrial needs. It called for improving the supply-demand matching mechanism and regularly organizing innovation scenario matchmaking activities, so that universities’ “technology shelves” can be efficiently matched with enterprises’ “demand lists.”

The meeting also stressed the importance of focusing on service empowerment and optimizing the industrial development ecosystem. Efforts should be made to improve the closed-loop mechanism of “enterprises placing orders, Party committees assigning tasks, departments handling tasks, and enterprises evaluating results,” so as to ensure immediate response and time-limited resolution of enterprise needs. It also called for deepening industry-education integration and collaborative talent cultivation, promoting a “dual-mentor system,” and enabling young talent to develop their capabilities and make contributions while serving at the frontline of industrial development.

Through joint learning and co-building among local Party and government departments, public institutions, leading enterprises and university Party organizations, as well as exchanges of Party-building experience and sharing of Party-building resources, the meeting helped form a working pattern characterized by organizational connectivity, resource sharing, mutual learning and coordinated development.

The meeting further advanced the deep integration of the “Red Sail Leading the Way, Linking High-Tech Development” industrial chain Party-building initiative with the “Double-High Collaboration” program, providing strong support for leading the coordinated development of industrial innovation and scientific and technological innovation through high-quality Party building.
